Matt McPherson has been diving for 18 years, he completed his PADI Openwater course in Singapore as a 12 year old. He became a Dive master and PADI Instructor at 18. He has completed over 5000 dives including cave, wreck and staged decompression dives and has been a full time industry professional for over 12 years. Matt Has worked across many platforms in the industry including retail managment, equipment servicing, training management, and as a Trip Director for one of Australias best Live aboard dive companies. Matt has dived throughout the south pacific and has an excellent knowledge of remote dive location operation and emergency procedures. Matt's passion is underwater imaging, creating great photos and video is his forte. In the instructional arena Matt enjoys the fine tuning of diver ability, he will always encourage his candidates to challenge the norm and to reach for their own potential thoughout their training and their career. Matt has seen many of his early students develop into professionals and even start dive business of thier own, he feels it is a great thrill to share this wonderful lifestyle with fellow adventurers. Matt will be your guide through your instructor development program and a valuable mentor for your career as a dive professional. |
