The PADI IDC Staff Instructor is a consumate professional, someone who is serious about their abilities as an instructor and someone who feels they would like a part in the development of the next generation of PADI Instructors.
IDC Staff Instructors are qualified to assist PADI Course Directors in the presentation of the IDC curriculum and the evaluation of new instructor candidates and to independantly certify PADI Assistant Instructors. The IDC staff instructor is an integral part of the upper levels of PADI education and a member held in high esteem by both studenst and professionals alike.
The IDC Staff Instructor Course consists of 2 days prior to an IDC and then assisting on a full PADI IDC, a total commitment of 10 days is required to complete the program.
The IDC Staff Instructor is a pre requisite rating for the ranks of Master Instructor and the highest Instructor rating of Course Director.
